Directions:

From 1-91 North or South

• Take Exit 10
• Follow expressway to end (Rte 10)
• Take Right onto Rte 10 (Whitney Ave.)
• Count 3 traffic lights and take a left onto Sherman Ave. (there is a white church on one corner and Dunkin Donuts on the other)
• Follow Sherman Ave. to stop light (approx. 2 miles)
• Take Right and go to next stop light and take a Right onto Shepard Ave.
• Go to the next stop light and take a left onto West Shepard Ave.
• Day Spa is #372 West Shepard Ave. which is on the left hand side – 4 houses past the entrance to Laurel View Country Club.

From 1-95 North or South

• Connect with 1-91 North and follow above directions

From Merritt/Wibur Cross Parkway (Route 15)

• Take Exit 60
• At bottom of exit take a left onto Dixwell Ave.
• Follow Dixwell Ave. past Town Fair Tire – getting into left lane (the road splits at Gulf Gas Station) go to the left.
• You will now be at a light and looking at a Sunoco Gas Station
• Looking straight ahead you will also see Apex Pharmacy
• Go straight at light this is the beginning of Shepard Ave.
• After you drive past Apex Pharmacy count five (5) traffic lights and take a left onto West Shepard Avenue
• Go to #372 West Shepard Ave. which is on the left hand side four (4) houses past the entrance to Laurel View Country Club.

Park in driveway and go to the second porch on the walkway.
No need to knock -just come into the reception room
